- Before January 21st, 2025: Refund of 50% of your booking
- From January 21st, 2025: All cancellations will be charged at 100% of the cancelled reservation value
In case of postponement, if you don’t wish to postpone your registration, an admin. fee of 30€ will be retained off your refund.
The cost of the bank commission is deducted from the amount.
